ONE OF THE MOST " NEEDED " REFORM IN THIS COUNTRY IS " THE FEAR OF LAW " ...!!.. We have a Rule or Law for every act under the Sun - But, NOBODY BOTHERS TO ADHERE TO THAT LAW ...!!.. THUS IN INDIA, WE NEED URGENTLY AN " ENFORCING AUTHORITY " WHICH NEED NOT FEAR ABOUT THE REACTION OF THE POLITICAL ESTABLISHMENT AND ENFORCE THE LAW IN TRUE SPIRITIN ALL SPHERES OF LIFE. The Politician does not bother about his promises Once he is elected since he is not held accountable by anybody. The Industrialist, be it an Indian or an MNC - is not bothered about the quality of their Products or Services, since they are NOT ACCOUNTABLE and Even if they are caught, they can pay the money and circumvent the Indian Law. The same MNC would abide by all the Safety standards when they operate in say USA but when they come to India, they would not hesitate to pay Bribes ( Walmart ), they will compromise on product quality ( Cadbury,Nestle ) Safety Standards ( Union Carbide ) etc etc. The Indian Industrialist have always 'bought' their " shortcuts " and have largely escaped being accountable. The students have indulged in 'cheating in exams' and crossed their exams and if possible have made their parents an accomplice in this malpractices to pass exams. Under these circumstances, the whole system needs a CHANGE IN ATTITUDE AND PRACTICES to SUCCEED and THE CHANGE HAS TO COME FROM TOP - WHICH IS THE POLITICAL ESTABLISHMENT...!!!.. more
