By distributing FREEBIES to 1 % you can;t generate Good will for 99 %, Forget about the good will . If You don't have capacity don't travel. Sr. Citizens sometimes makes nausience in travel by taking lower berth . Always Found Sleeping from Start of Journey to end . Other Fellow passengers are on pity of others. Also Rly. should make strict rule that Lower & middle berth are not allowed to sleep from 7.00 AM to 9.00 PM. Irrespective of Passenger Gender & age. Ladies are worst, always raise fight with male fellow passenger. I have experience as I am travelling 10-15 days per month. more
Now even persons with disability called Divyangjans are denied concession for train travel. more

Rail fare concession should be linked with PAN. Those who are paying come tax or drawing pension should not be allowed any concession. In many States free or subsidized food grains are being taken by govt employees, pensioners and other well off people including farmers. Is it not misuse of tax payers money ? more
This idea is socialist. more
