Bad experience with Honda Motors (Prime Honda Patparganj)
We purchased a new car from the above Dealer. On the date of Delivery i.e 20.12.2014, I was shocked to see my insurance cover note was w.e.f. 21.11.2014 i.e. one month before the date of possession. On my pointing out they issued me fresh cover note from the date of possession. After two months, our car did not start one day in the morning while going to office, I called their on-road assistance service, again I was shocked to learn that my details not update with the agency by the Prime Honda. After about four hours when their showroom opened, my problem could be solved. Meanwhile I tried to lodge a complaint on their website, but again I was unable to find any facility for the same on their website. I gave them rating of 7 when asked telephonically, which is below average.Due to this they called me several times on my telephone but not ready to share anything on my e-mail.Clearly they would not create any trail for any grievance.
I want to highlight that such a good company with very good product but they do not know how to treat their customers. I suppose this is Japanese way of grievance redressal.... more
