bad experience with Vodafone !
On Tuesdy I specially took leave from office to finish many pending jobs - which included sorting my calling plan with Vodafone. Went to their customer care office in Sec 18, Noida. My coupon showed entry time as 3.18 and till 4.45 I was not attended to ! On asking the floor manager the time it will take - he had the audacity to tell me if I don't have the time , I can always come another day. I told him I'm working and can't take leave - his only response was - I can not increase man power in the office only to please a few customers !! Seeing me getting agitated, a few other customers waiting there also complained, but the man simply asked us to leave and not create disturbance for the customers being attended there !! Is this customer service ?? I am absolutely shocked by the behaviour and there was no senior present there who we could complain to, about this man's attitude !! Really sad !! more

I had the same problem with Vodaphone, then I simply changed my operator through number portability more

@ Ms. Salona, That was certainly a rude and unprofessional behavior one can expect from a private company. You can escalate the formal complaint to nodal officer of Noida via mail (nodal.delhi@vodafone.com) and send the scan of the coupon as well. I am sure this manager will be questioned for his rude behavior. Idea is not to make someone jobless, motive is to teach a lesson. Cheers! Sumit more

I think so. The problem with signal could be that the phone companies take more subscribers than they have the capacity for. It is not that the signal is poor but that in the same place it fluctuates in its strength. more

I am also facing the problem of very low signal in our society. Prolonged correspondence with Vodafone have not yielded any thing. In fact they have informed that nothing can be done to improve the signal. I wanted to know whether such cases can be taken up with TRAI. more
