We suffer losses due to our inability to control ourselves from the greed of saving a few rupees in the name of cheaper prices. It is better to go to the shops, select the items after physical verification & trial, which may cost little more but one will get the quality items and satisfaction. If necessary, replacement is very easy and to ones satisfaction without any extra cost and painful conversation & waiting. In western countries, the scenario is just reverse may be because of existence of strict laws in to properly tackle with the errant traders. more
Our nation is yet to mature to e-purchase and e-payments. Cyber laws are weak and action almost nil by the authorities. Till these are appropriately addressed, it is desirable to depend upon the traditional practice of Brick and Mortar stores and only secured payment sites. more
Most of product are cheap and 3rd catagory. Also refund / replacement policies are so fooling one would get mad. No responsible person talks only those faltoo helpline eat our brain and time. I suggest to lodge complain in consumer court if they dont replace. more
Some changes & rules & Regulations must be under Consumer's Protection. more
