REGARDING THE ADVANCE BOOKING OF TICKETS RAILWAY SHOULD GIVE CHOICE OF THE SEATS AVAILABLE AS I HAVE GOT WORST SEAT EVEN BOOKED WELL IN ADVANCE. IF SOFTWARE CAN BE UPDATED FOR THE SAME NOTHING WRONG. YOU DO GET CHOICE OF SEAT IN OTHER TRANSPOTATION MODE. IN TRAIN SOFTWARE 1sT ALLOWED TO CHOOSE BOGEY AND THAN SEAT. ALSO AS OF TODAY YOU CAN NOT REFUSE IF YOU DO NOT LIKE SEAT NO ALLOTTED.. LET PASSENGER ACCEPT OR REFUSE SEAT BEFORE CONFIMING BOOKING. more

SORRY BUT I DO THINK THAT COMMON MAN SHOULD GET BASIC FACILITY IN TRAIN WHY SHOULD ONE COMPARE IT WITH MONEY WHETHER ITS 1000 OR LESS RAILWAY HAS DECIDED THE FARE. more
