Bajaj Allianz is cheating with misrepresented and fraudulent practice

I bought this policy in 2010 in Chennai.
Initially i had been called by a bajaj allianz agent(Her phone number is 09003152665 and i believe her name is Raji) and told me that i need to pay only for three years and after that at end of 5th year ,I can get 1.5 times the premium i had paid.
Initially i had hesitated to take the policy.
After repeated calls, I agreed to take the policy and they offered me a baking oven.
Initially while i read the policy, I had doubt that there is nothing like she had mentioned. But the agent told that as per special surrender value , I will get the money.
After that i had moved to Bangalore and i paid the premium amount for three years(Rs.25000 per year).
In the fourth year, During the policy payment time,When i inquired about the surrender value, They told that i will get only around Rs.24000.
And they also warned me that my policy will lapse if i didn't pay the 4th year premium.
Now only i understood the seriousness of the issue and how i had been cheated.
I am afraid that i may lose my hard earned money.
I do not need any extra money, But just the money i had paid.
Please help me to resolve this issue and get my money back. more

I was in the same predictment with Bajaj Allianz some years back but managed to get my money with marginal increase in investment. Agents tell you many attaractive things at the time of enrolling new members more
Be careful of such insurance and equity schemes more will be in offing. The head who joins an organisation with the mind set of charles Ponzi, will see that the customer and company both get bad names. more
I was cheated of 30,000/- courtesy Stanchart bank representative who insisted it was a simple FD,but it was an equity related scheme where I was required to pay for 30 years to receive my 40% and Bajaj Allianz would get 60%..I stopped paying after I could feel I was being cheated too but consoled myself as if money was flicked by a thief within the bank with all security equipment and manpower working to their full capacity more
