Here, every body is talking about commercialization of homeopathic treatment, forgetting about the total commercialization that has taken place in the entire medical field. To make homeopathy popular, great efforts are required from those practicing homeopathy since homeopathy can not provide instant relief to many of the common problems in day to day life and the patient will go to homeopathy only when all other treatments have failed. It is very difficult to judge which homeopathic doctor is good or more experienced and normally we judge it by seeing how busy the doctor is or if some body else has referred to a particular doctor. Let us also be fair to these two clinics since they have to stay in the business by asking patients to subscribe for the year or six months when they charge a lumpsum amount for treatment of any type of disease which the patient could encounter during the membership period, including unlimited consultation if required. Of course at these clinics also, you need to find the best doctor on their panel and consult him/her only if you find it satisfactory. more
Satya Pal ji, here discussions are about an enquiry by a member trying to find which one of the two Companies are better for treatment. So the discussions have veered around to which one is more efficient or more commercial. You can note from the general opinions that neither is professionally acceptable but are oriented towards commercialization and are more profit oriented than caring for the health of the patients or betterment of the science of homeopathy. There has to be some method to 'cure' the system itself. more
Somewhat strange, not to have read here comments from homeopathy experts such as Dr Puneet Kamrah and from Mr Subbarao Venkatapalaparti, the Yoga teacher. Their illustrations when Homeopathy came up for discussion several weeks ago were, in my opinion, very neutral, honest and professional. But then here it's a discussion about commercialism in Homeopathy, and not about the "cure" itself. more
Homeopathy is very good system but has been totally commercialised. Bakson is a step ahead from Batra as they have gone in marketing combo homeopathic medicines where as Homeopathy is treatment of an individuals ailment based on his physical, psychological and physiological profile. No two individuals can be treated with same medicine. It involves very detailed study and then prescription. So Bakson is a commercialised activity and not true to the original system. more
