i agree with ban on crackers . crackers are more harmful than enjoyment .just count the merits & demerits of crackers . a cause of fire , injuries to human being , wastage of money , health hazardous for elderly citizens now a days pollution every where . no doubt it thrills for moments but kills also. you can say it creates employment , you just visit the crackers manufacturing unit the condition of workers is not graceful . my submission please please please NO CRACKERS . more
Let us conduct this survey in UP also. more
except days of deepawali there is no pollution like air, noise water etc. On 31st December, Shabe e raat, guruparv , Christmas and on special events crackers purifier the environment. You and you like peoples are double standard. more
Crackers are said to cause noise pollution so ban them. Is it only on one day? By the same logic ban DJs also because they life miserable for residents nearby on daily basis due to high decibels. What is the progress on production of green crackers which are said to be non polluting and less noisy? People will buy what is available, one cannot ban each and everything. more
Instead of Putting Ban on Crackers, there is need for Ban on Four wheel Vehicle for a week, It will help the Society in following ways:- 1- Weaker section depends on Crackers will earn their bread and butter. 2- Public using four wheeler will opt alternate option, shall indirectly help the poorer. 3- Will be able to analyse the real impact of Crackers in the environment, its event of hardly two days in the year when even common man boost his or her energy through happiness 4- This analysis help in stoping unnessecery worries for one or two day celebration of big festival. 5- There is need for ban after 10 P.M. to control noise pollution. more
