Ban student unions in educational institutions
Dear sir,
With great regret I express this view .In the recent times how political \cast based associations in educational institutions including universities are being misused to gain cast based ,political based mileage out of students.
In our times there were unions for cultural/literary Activities.we never indulged in agitations .Slowly this has changed and we find all political parties have opened their student wings and many cast based organizations have cropped up in colleges and universities . This is leading to politicalisation ,radicalization and militancy is the result. There is no tolerance towards authorities and law and order and wisedom.
In the name of rights and justice defiance to law and law abiding colleagues have brought havoc and instability in society .Free airing of opinion does not mean that you express on national matters , government matters and academic matters during your student days. Student hood has lost its meaning when it is losing the direction.They must concentrate on studies and academic activities and literary ,sports and other creative activities.
Recent past the student wings of all political parties are responsible for this instability in the society
Adding to this cast based organizations are aggravating this dangerous situation.
Not only students but also staff members , faculty members are devided on cast and political lines.
In the 1970s West Bengal faced this problem now Telengana state is also facing this problem to the detriment of standards in education.
State and central educational institutions are eroded by these elements
It is time that parliament enacts a law in the interest of the national integrity banning all political party student unions and cast based student unions ,and permitting unions for literary ,academic and cultural activities
A ban on teachers , staff and faculty should also be brought in so that they can not pArticipate in agitation related to academic bodies
Banning of political visitors and other outside elements in to the varsity campuses and all display boards of unions and construction of monuments by individuals in university campus are to effectively implemented.
Responsible citizens who have stake in the healthy nation building must air their view fearlessly to nurture nationalistic ,vibrant ,intelligent young students of Future India. more

1. None positively understood the Independence Message of President of India in 2013 at least on EDUCATION field . 2. Industries were ruined due to absorbing Political Unions for which our Ex President of India , Sri V. V. Giri who was originally a Trade Unionist had to QUIT-OFF THE TRADE UNIONISM . 3. The local administrative Bodies though should not be filled with Politicians , no Political Party adhered and no Judiciary dictated to correct . 4. Though Students shall not participate and indulge in Politics , the Political Parties are not at all realizing at least the concept and adherance of article 51 A . 5. The Schools and Colleges were also made Political due to the Governments let out the Educational Sector to Private Owners WITHOUT SETTING ANY REGULATIONS TO RUN THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS BY PRIVATE SECTOR . 6. The Judiciary in the States and , the Indian Capital also still not opted to take the issue on SUOMOTU though there have been many RAGGING EPISODES , SUICIDES , ACID ATTACKS with increased ill practices during the last 10 years . NO GOVERNMENT WILL SET RIGHT . NO SOCIAL ASSOCIATION / SOCIETY / COMMITTEE WILL FIGHT . NO INDIVIDUAL CAN BE DARED ENOUGH TO URGE THE SUPREME COURT WITH ALL THE FACTS AND PROOFS since there will not be any Security and Safety to that individual .
