What can be done under present lock down and work from home conditions? Keep the evidences and we should see that they do not escape unpunished after the crisis is over more
There should be online complaint mechanism with proof so that instant action is taken to control such unfair trade practices. more
No issue Ashima Gupta, simply you file a case in consumer court near to your area to punish the greedy personalities.. more
Join hands and file a Publlic Interest Applica in Karnataka High Court against the traders with evidence of over charge, more than MRP or GST/VAT/Sales Tax. Mind it, the National Anti-profiteering Authority under GST Act is Un-Constitutional and designed to divert the personal money of consumers as State Revenue and it has to be challenged by the consumers' only. Join hands against the anti consumer actions of the GoI/State Governments. more
Mr. Prakash Kotia, yes the GoI is responsible for the NAA under the GST Act with clear intensions of diverting consumers personal money through the channel of NAA. First, understand what is Consumer Protection and then compare it with the capitalists' intenions that our government has resorted to. more
This is a simply a case of greedy cheating Traders who only exist in this world to mint money during troubled times. No humanity for these bastards. The answer is to drag them in the Consumer Court. But why are you bringing the Government in between and doing politics. Did the Govt. tell him to overcharge. The Government is doing its best to fight Corona much better than other foreign countries which is evident in the way Govt. has rescued Indians in foreign countries. We should all support the Govt. in such troubled times. more
Few traders want to mint money, when others are in trouble. Strict action should be taken. more
