Bank Account Closure
I had londg back ago stopped transactions in one of my bank account. My agent told me that the account has been closed. After 2 years I came to know that the account is still open and I have to pay Rs. 5500/- as penalty. What can be done in such case? more

Who have been penalized or harassed or unnecessary charged by the bank, should go for these three steps and I hope your problem will be 99% solved. First write to bank manager for reversal of charges with justification. If he not done this then write to respective bank ombudsman, their details are available on banks website and if still matter not resolved with in 30 days then write to Banks Ombudsman of RBI of your respective state. This way I have get solved my many problems. But please note justification of relief is must. more

Lodge a compliant in the consumer forum and police station for their harassment and deliberately doing it, and you may also visit the bank and shout in front of all the customers that you will be lodging a new-sense case against the Manager for his lapse. more

U SHOULD CONTACT UR BANK AND EXPLAIN THE THINGS. ASK THEM TO CLOSE UR A/C AMD WAIVE THE PENALTY. more
