Bank account deposits of MPs and MLAs

Recently PM announced that all office bearers of political parties and MPs , MLAs to declare their money holdings in their bank accounts after 8th November. Why after 8 November? why not prior to that? This question remains to be cleared by PM's office. We know these BJP officials had tons of cash in their accounts prior to the declaration of demonetization. That means, they cleared that comfortably and after that the announcement of demonetization came. That means, these BJP people knew of this strike much ahead of all others. I request our PM to shift this date to 30 January 2016. so that we shall know the real black money position amongst the BJP guys. If PM claims to be an honest person he should have no objection to this request. If he a dishonest PM then he will not accept this request. Congress has already accused PM of indulging in save BJP BM and only expose other BM seems to be correct to me. One BJP office bearer told me that Modi is partial to some BJP and averse to some others. Those whom he favored knew of this strike and those whom he did not favor remained uninformed about this and so they have been nabbed in the aftermath. Why this? I asked on that, he told me this was to clear impression that Modi was not partial. To show that even BM holders from BJP are also caught. more

None of the businessmen, IAS officer, top bureaucrat or politician has been standing in the queue. However this segment of the society is the most corrupted yet to the surprise none of them in the line. This only shows that these people were knowing well in advance and settled their black money and if not then again they had got their things tied up with the banks. Otherwise how can you find bundle of new 2000 rupee notes worth 42 lakhs with a person and that too in series. The common man was the ultimate sufferer. There is a 90-10 golden rule. The 10 % has the 90 % wealth and the 90 % has the 10 % wealth. So what govt has got is only 10 % of the wealth of poor and balance 90 % wealth of the rich is yet to be digged out. If you see the donations given to the parties is done in crores. It is not the common man giving them its the funding received from all these Dhanna Seth's. Always the govt. policies are for rich and not for poor. That you can see from the VDS scheme 2 where in they are allowed to declare their black money with 49 % tax (including penalty). The common man pays income tax from its salaries (upto 33%) and they are not allowed to claim any expenditure costs involved. Diff. between a business person and a salaried person is 1) A salaried person cannot claim tax benefits on purchase of his vehicle, however a business man can claim 2) A salaried person cannot claim tax benefits on purchase of fuel for his car however a business man can claim unlimited. 3) A businessman can claim even depreciation of his vehicle, business however the same is not allowed for salaried person 4) A businessman can claim rebate in taxes if he makes a loss in his business whereas a salaried person cannot claim tax rebate in his taxes if he makes a loss in his investments. However if profits are made then tax has to be paid. 5) The family expenses of businessmen are claimed as expenditure in the books of accounts like a foreign tour shown as business tour etc. without any limits. However a salaried person has a limitation of claiming his LTA. Like this there are many things which a business is able to show all his expenditure on the books of accounts and pay less taxes though earning 10o times more than a salaried employee. Catch the BIG FISH. Catching SMALL FISHES is not going to help the reduction in black money. Many of the IAS,IPS officers and their down the line people are corrupt. Even the govt themself knows them yet they don't take any action against them until it reaches a level where the politician's himself/herself image itself is under threat. more
SIR NO POLITICIANS OR BUSINESS MAN IS SUFFERING. ONLY THE COMMON MAN IS SUFFERING FROM THE PRESENT SITUATION AND LET SEE WHAT HAPPEN IN FUTURE. more
8th After carry the notified limitations while the 7th and before WILL BE STRICTLY SET FOR CRIMINAL PROCEDURE AS PER BANKS AND FINANCIAL RULES please . more
I also come to know while writing this comment that many BJP office bearers had cash in their houses also; in that FM Jetly is included, having about 72L, in his house but only after that cash was cleared the announcement came! Quiet interesting if it is true!!! more
