Axis bank is one of the leaders in offering good schemes but they do not honor them even after your repeated requests or reminders there should be a law imposed that in case found correct a heavy penalty be imposed on them. more

There are so many serious problems with the proper and honest implementation of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 and the Banking Ombudsman, that unless we take the matter to the street (without any political affiliation), no remedy is possible. Suggestions given to the Minister of Consumer Affairs is not acted upon since years. Can we organise a mass protest on the Ramakrishna Beach at Visakhapatnam and invite citizens from all over India! We may also hold a 1 or 2-day seminar. more

Dear Sirs..... Even for approaching Nanking ombudsmen, there is certain procedure. They do not entertain complains straight away. They insist first to exhaust all steps exhausted in the hierarchy of the concerned bank officers to get the issue resolved. Of late it is seen in certain cases banking ombudsmen supporting the unjust causes of the banking people for various unexplained considerations. Hope it is desirable to address RBI in such issues where the banks are required to properly respond to the customers, since all the Banks are supposed to work under the guidelines and statues imposed by the RBI more

When enough energy, time & money than put your efforts to get Axis Bank penalized so other banks would be in line. more
