How do we as a country call ourselves open for business when our banks are closed 1/3rd of the time.

WHAT IS THE ISSUE LIKE ALL OTHER GOVT. DEPT BANKS ARE ALSO HAVE HOLIDAYS FURTHER GOVARDHAN PUJA AND BHAI DOOJ ARE NEVER HOLIDAYS IN BANKS IN DELHI I AM NOT AWARE OF OTHER STATES more
