Based on a complaint from a consumer who paid for availing the services of Godrej- Hicare Pest control management, visited public domains to know about their business reviews. Surprisingly out of 45 reviews, 53% consumers have expressed one star rating and 18% consumer expressed their operation to be 2 star rating. Shockingly the company has not provided even email id for lodging a complaint.

I have had AMC for a washing machine with Godrej for the last 5 or more years and aI am totally satisfied with their service. I know nothing about pest control by Godrej. more

The name of the company is Hicare Service Pvt Ltd. and their website is http://hicare.in/ The name Godrej has been taken from some public domain. Whether it is Godrej or not is not known. The content of the complaint are: "Hicare who do pesticide treatment are giving trouble. I paid Rs 3800 online for full year's service (three times) on 25th April. But despite about despite 7 calls to them to their local and all india call service, they have not given any service so far. Every day they say they will call back in an hour or promise service next day. It is quite small an amount to file FIR for cheating". more
