The source of water collecting in the basement is of concern. If it has inter through the vehicle ramp,the same be pumped out and an arrangement tobe made so the water does not rush to the basement. If the collection of water is due to seepage it is of serious concern. The type of foundation need tobe checked. The water seepage along the beam is again serious matter this may be due to constructional fault . If so need rectification /retrofitting of the bealand column. may god bless you safety. more

While rains are the cause of street flooding in most colonies the problems are caused largely because of the stupidity of the residents themselves. In many colonies built by the Noida Authority flat owners living on upper floors have placed large flower pots on their terrace space. One such society is Nilgiri 3 where at least two residents, one living on the top(fourth) floor and the other on the third floor have created potted areas using large sized flower plots. These pots are over sized and absorb a lot of earth and water making them heavy. In the case of the fourth floor resident the large sized flower pot has been causing problems for his down floor neighbour. During the recent two day rains the servant quarter of the lower floor resident was badly damaged because of seepage from the ceiling. The resident's belonging stored in the room have been badly damaged. A major cause for the seepage is the fact that the fourth floor resident has placed large sized pots directly above the room. This has damaged the ceiling causing the seepage. Despite several requests over the years the Fourth floor resident continues to ignore the prolbems faced by his neighbour It is time Noida Authority intervenes in the matter and corrects the situation. Ignoring the problem could spark a serious situation causing loss to life and property in the future. The fate of other residents in the block will also be affected. While the Authority act ? more

History of Working of Noida Authority is a proof of permitting residents to construct illegal constructions/activity against payment of Suvidha Shulk. So how they take action against defaulters. Connected people have made millions and are quietly enjoying their life. In my opinion public himself is responsible for facing the bad situation in this city. Thank God that sewage has not started flowing back into houses otherwise public have made enough ingress of rainwater in sewage lines more

With hardly any qualified architects and engineers taking decisions for the builders, this is bound to happen. With corrupted development authorities, this is bound to happen. Most builders are headed by non technical people. They hardly have any technical knowledge of the projects. There are only a few good developers in the market. more
