Basic thing is mindset has to be changed. Longer trains and longer platforms, powerful engines are required. folding and more comfortable ladder is required. Low births should be issues to Sr. Citizens, handicapped etc. But, CCTVs with ample advertisements to make them deterrent should be installed in the train and there should be monitoring of them 24 hrs. in Guards/security personnel's Room. Clean quilt should be provided on payment/security and one can give option at the time of booking (even in 2nd class). There should be regular training to motivate and sensetize the staff. more

Give some refund 25% or so if a tatkal ticket is cancelled otherwise even if the programe is changed nobody bothers to cancel the ticket and the seat goes vacant for tte to sell it at a premium and the one in waitlist on tatkal loses and so does the railways in earning twice on the the seat , it could be win win situation for all more
