The Govt. of India as well as the State Governments do not have any law to safeguard citizens from fraudsters. Similar to chit fund operators Drs. like Batra's are thriving in every where in this country. Govt. promotes them. Recently U.P. Govt. allowed Jhola Chhap doctors to prescribe allopathic medicines because they have a degree recognised by the govt. Govts. do not stop even Institutions providing fake degrees of every kind. In fact most of such institutions are managed by our MLAs and MPs directly or indirectly. One can find a large number of advertisements in news papers, even TV channels which claim to bestow everything to a citizen but the Govt. will not act. Nirmal Baba continues to throw his blessings even today. A paid media promotes everything from rape to prostitution except common sense.
