Before starting my comments on India`s Judiciary system, let me ask
“ WHO IS MORE ITELLECUTALAMOUNG COURT JUDGE OR SCIENTIST?”
We still follows the rules and system of British era of ninetieth century. There is still a contentious issue who is greater, Supreme Court of India or Indian Parliament? Tarik- Pe- Tarik (next Date of hearing) no verdict & vacation (Summer, Monsoon, Winter, Diwali, Christmas, etc.). Indian court should function for 365 days & not ® not 27x7x365. (All commercial establishments should function 27x7x365 days). There are so many laws which required to be scrap or amended as they are now out dated. As said “ Justice delayed is justice denied”. How encounter arrived in India? Ask Mr. Julio Rebelo (former police commissioner of Mumbai). Is our judiciary system is capable to cope up with rising crime rate? more

law should be made supreme authority , even govt should obey its verdict , in india courts are taken very lightly . cases and verdicts should be instantaneous , depending upon the nature of the case . cases against politicians must have an impact for as they should be allowed to participate in any elections . target must be given to judges to finish cases within ltd hearings . criminal cases and crime against women must be given most priority , corruption in govt department should be curbed by vigilance and cctvs . midddle man in all govt departments to be restrained . online documentation and registration to be done as in passport office . law and police should be made independent without any political affluence . more
Vacations by judges were given to British judges to allow them to visit their home in England which took almost a month at that time by ship.In to days UK judges get only 3 weeks vacation during summer only. But our judges avail almost 3 to 4 months of vacation in a year. This must stop with immediate effect when they are not able to pay justice towards huge pendency of cases. In US and UK all the cases are completed in 4 to 6 months time. In India you see the Bofors, Fodders, and disproportionate assets case of Mulayam, Jaya and Maya they are dragging on for years. more
Dear Sir, There is no questioning of who is greater. All the three "The Prime Minister", "The Supreme Court Chief Justice" & "The Chief Electoral Commissioner" are in similar rank. Unfortunately, Chief Election Commission is ruined by multi-people heads. We can have a frequency of Ten Years to review all the laws and make good amendments. For this the retired Supreme & High Court judges shall be utilized to interact with the pulic for their views. (In addition, it makes the law aware to the public, also. more
lawmakers and lawyer are very well trained, any one favoring crime should be punished more
its very true mr uday , everything needs an up gradation.our law system need an immediate up grade to be more efficient. we are in a different century mood of crime and the many other things has changed so far. judiciary system need to follow to give an effective justice for all rather than stuck in the wee hour guidelines and proven incapable time after time . more
