begging in trains must stop completely

I request honorable railways minister kindly implement a comprehensive plan to eradicate begging with a full prove rehabilitation of beggars, just charge 5 to 10 paisa cess in every ticket ,make a fund to help beggars.this will solve problems of beggars and passenger both. more

Sir this serious problem not only burglary but the face of country is bring down ,as the railway is the vast transportation system most of foreigners are traveling .The police and railway authority should realise that great concrnt of country .and it beyond to understand how they are entertain by TTE staff allow them to travel without proper ticket .whereas is normally they don't allow,it means there is some shareing of money. .. more

We are not able to stop the begging in train and the road crossings and we are aspiring for BULLET TRAINS. GOD BLESS INDIA. more
