But when there is the economic necessity, i.e. sellers selling their wares, and for the buyers getting a cheap bargain, then what alternative does one have! Then the choice remains with the persons opting into going to the market, or the merchant opening his shop for doing business. Without work who will compensate them! Respect people's judgements! We have witnessed what directives from above using national disaster management act, have done. Nothing ideal can exist. Only optimisations persist, with moderation being the key. Abroad, governments have kept businesses open with just an advisory. No directive given ordering lockdown. The affluent flying abroad, and into the country, so there you are! Without the pandemic too there could be spreading a contagion! Just that now we can put a label on the microscoping virus. more

Kejirwal cannot be strict. H does not want his own orders to eb followed. Since he does not want to take any action on law breakers. Otherwise he will lose votes. The nest he will do is to spend your crores on TV ads which is a good MONEY EARNING scheme for him. more

Heading is excellent but the content is third class. It's the people of Delhi who have to behave. If CM does the strictness he is bad. If he doesn't even more bad. Please remember that 80% of population of India is uneducated and rest 20% are uneducated educates. Cheers. more
