BELLY FAT : CAUSES AND WAYS TO FIGHT:

Belly fats are quite a matter of concern, thoough not much for the older generation as they are a bit strict on the diet with medication also assisting them.
As we look at the causes, it starts from the 35+ who are hard working, at the Desk most of the time,travelling long distances (now may have reduced after WFH), hardly find time even even to stretch. Definitely most vulnerable. High time they devote some time for themselves and slowly start on the DONTS first. Keep a track on the ABDOMINAL GIRTH ON A PERIODIC BASIS AND WHAT SORT OF FOOD CONSUMED.

CAUSES OF GAINING BELLY FAT:

SEDENTARY LIFESTYLE: A sedentary lifestyle is a plague for your health. The studies have found that it causes weight gain and increase in abdominal girth in men and women.

LOW-PROTEIN DIETS: Protein in diet makes you feel full. Having a protein deficit diet means that you will end up eating more carbs which is not good for health.

MENOPAUSE: Post menopause, estrogen level gets reduced which causes visceral fat to get stored in abdomen instead of thighs.

WRONG GUT BACTERIA: A good and healthy gut not only keeps your metabolism good but it also improves your health. Imbalance in gut bacteria can cause weight gain.

STRESS: You eat more when you get stressed as it releases hormone like cortisol that make you feel hungry.
EXERCISES EFFECTIVE TO FIGHT FAT

HEAT OUTDOORS: Outdoor exercises like running, jogging, biking helps you to burn belly fat.

YOGA: If post-menopausal women do calming yoga exercises then they are more likely to lose fat. It also keeps your stress level low and lowers cortisol levels.

CARDIO: Cardio helps in getting rid of overall fat. Go for a run regularly, do it at least thrice a day.

AVOID CRUNCHES: Crunches are good for building muscles and they make your stomach bigger as your abs get thicker. You should focus on strengthening your back muscles.

INTERVAL TRAINING: When you do exercise while taking resting periods then your muscle gets build quickly and you develop endurance.

Everything stated is very nice and alright. However, to my mind two important reasons are : More intake of food and laxity of abdominal muscles (Lack of exercise in Young/ Adults and natural sagging middle age onwards. Few easy or effortless diets:_ Avoid all spicy,deep fried,junk foods Eat maximum fiberus and leafy vegetables. Perform brisk walking Yoga and asanas be in daily routine could keeping fit. Daily consume. 1. For flare ups,acidity, and gastric issues, prevention of irregular periods, syst, fibroids Take two pieces juice free lemon peels. Add two inch long ginger. Chop both and boil in200 ml clear water. Filter and consume in empty stomach daily. 2.for fatty lever, costipation Take ahalf spoon black seeds powder, add two inch long raw termeric duly chopped. Boil in 200ml water, filter and consume daily. 3. For plague, blocks Take one dark green betel leaf and one slice of cleaned garlic. Make paste . Consume licking by adding one soon honey daily. 4. For kidney stone, UTI Chope six inch long banana tree stem( kala la danda). Clean it well. Stone in closed pot with 300ml clear water overnight. Consume the filtered water daily in empty stomach. Make juice of the stemp by crushing by adding required water. Filter and consume daily several times daily Take spoon of horsegram. Sock in water over night in a closed pot. Drink the water and chew the socked gram daily in morning. Results are assured at inexpensive cost. more
