Benami Railay Holdings. Railway is guilty

Railway know it very wel that Pantry Cars and Railway Stalls and Kitchens are operated by Benamis and not by original allottes. I wish to remind Railway that it is a crime under Benami Properties Act and Railway is duty bound to inform appropriate authorities for further action. Railway is fully aware of benamis and in fact helping Benamis running the business so it cannot plead innocence. In fact Railway along with original allottes are liable for criminal prosecution and let us hope Railway fulfills their legislative obligations otherwise they will be criminally liable for prosecution and people shoul compel Govt to prosecute Railway first more

This is an important issue and requires consideration. more
It is common practice in all the departments, original allotte sell his allotments to others on mothly rent basis or against fixed payment e.g.In Railway-All type of stalls, In medical Shop -Most of the shops paying monthly fee to Doctor/Pharmist not even visiting shop once in a month, but having tie up with no. of shops,Even Sweeping & cleaning staff in Nagar Nigam getting good salary but hardly working they simply sub-letting on nominal charges similarly other professional posted on rural areas working in Govt. department making similar arrangement,This all is because of Poor monitioring & poor action against feed-back. more
It is a fit case for action in Benami law more
Railways, when they issue the tenders for these "mobile canteens" attached to the Trains get a certain number of responses. These responses are always 'stage managed' and it so happens that a single man or an entity manage to get all or multiple routes. The person or entity who win the Tender can be a person, who is very "near" to the Railway Minister.( In earlier days, near to L P Yadav..!!..) Now the winner of this 'tendering' process resells the tender(right) to a third party, who may again sell it to "fourth party" after providing for 'his cut'. Ultimately, the person who is physically present in the Train Pantry car may not have come anywhere near the Tendering process and it is he who gives us all that "lousy unhealthy food" at exorbitant prices..!!.. more
FDA should also come in picture to monitor the food quality... more
Yes, and I read somewhere today only: no smoke without fire...... more
Where are those days when under the Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri the Railways used to show profits year after year after year. Why all this "ghaplabazi" today? Who's let this happen? Can we as public sincerely exonerate ourselves? more
