Benchmark of services for electricity in the State of Hrayana
Dear Residents,
All the States in India have mandated benchmark of services for electricity companies in their respective states. If the companies fails to adhere to such benchmark, the consumers are required to be compensated financially with the amount as stated against each default. I am attaching a document compiled for the state of Haryana so that the consumers asserts their rights and enforce the penalty clauses. Normally the companies are required to pay penalty to the consumers automatically. But as you know such regulations does not get enforced unless the consumers asserts their rights. Please spread message to all your known contacts and neighbors so that we have a good quality system of electricity supply in Haryana. more

Thanks for your query. This is not being implemented only because of attitude of consumers "chalta hai" If everybody starts taking up issues, the rules automatically gets implemented. The complaint need to be sent to first the divisional office and then CGRF. If still not settled then HERC more

sir wat is d enforcability of the benchmark and the anme of the authority to approach in case of complaint. more
