Best Ideas for LocalCircles to take up

The impact of the circles has increased in the last one year and our views etc are showing good change esp Free Basics, Rail & Finance Budgets, Odd Even, Parliament, etc.

I feel these were originated by local circles or the Govt but we need to instead conduct ideation on what are the top 5-6 things that citizens want to take up collectively through this channel. I feel things like following citizen asks shud be taken up and everyone must share his:

1) CCTV in every court
2) Electoral Reforms
3) Central Govt effort to address corruption
4) Disaster responsiveness
5) Women and Child Safety System more
