Beware of fraudulent offers by Snapdeal

Dear all
I booked a smartphone online through Snapdeal in the month of September 2015. (Booking order No. 8693764891) At the time of booking Snapdeal came out with an offer of 10% cash back if the amount is paid through SBI debit card. But the cash back amount was to be credited back to the account only after 2 months i.e. at the end of November 2015. According to the T & C I paid the amount through SBI debit card and already 2 months have passed. The 10% cash back amount is not credited to my account.
Though my phone is in good working condition I would like to draw your attention towards this kind of fraudulent cash back offer from Snapdeal & other online shoppers. Snapdeal customer care when contacted gave a very poor response followed by false promises. Now I feel that Snapdeal is not only a big name in online shopping but it tops the cheaters list too. more

Some of the online mavericks don't show the same alacrity in announcing cashback when it comes to crediting the amount. Sell at any cost seems to be the credo of certain unscrupulous operators. Strong lures like huge discounts to which gullible customers fall prey emboldens e-commerce sellers.Buyer beware becomes more significant. more
It's not only snapdeal, the loot is done by every ecommerce site even brand like Amazon do the same and surprisedly bank like hdfc is party to it. I been told its due to bank process it will take till 17th January'2016 for cash back that too after my reminder. All shameless and unfered knowing no body catch hold them since laws for such business are in very early days more
