Big Bazaar Excessive Solicitation

Shopping at big bazaar store is fast becoming a nightmare. In a recent visit to their Mall of India store in Noida, we had atleast 6 people come to us (4 from american express) wanting to sell us credit card.

After clear no, they kept pursuing every times with a new person. They think customers are stupid or what. Finally I said back off or I will slap you and that is when it ended but we felt terrible at the end.

Why is big bazaar so desperate to allow such despos to keep bothering customers.

Which dept will take this up with Big Bazaar?? more

DEAR SNEHA,we also face the same circus when we go shopping in the South City Mall,in side our residence.it is really irritating...we often tell them not to approach us again in future. Our advise will be to get guidance from the NATINAL HELP LINE FOR THE CONSUMERS 1600 11 4000.Meanwhile,you may write to the editor of the LEADING NEWS PAPER,urging the Indian GOVT.to issue a notification on such harassment in the various SHOPPING Centers. With kind regards.B N DAS more
Send a warning letter/ e-mail to Big Bazaar and tell them that if they do not stop such harassment, you will file a case against them in the district consumer forum . Next time, take a snap of the people who approach you for credit card. more
It is but business only. more
