Accidents happen everywhere on this planet but their frequency is infrequent as they learn and fix the reasons for such mishap s. In this part of the world Asian continent we are more bothered for amassing wealth for our future generations and overlook the mistakes committed by our own people. Take the example of this girder falling over the people . Why the traffic was allowed on the road and why it was not diverted when construction is going on. There is always butter riverly between various departments of govt causing unnecessary delays in constructing diversion as none wants to give the adjacent land for use. Defence lands , irrigation deptt lands etc are not supposed to be used by common men as they are meant for use by them. Projects are delayed in India due to this. Bureaucrats, technocrats and defence personnel must rise above their feudal mind set and think themselves as the benefactors of society. more
