Really appreciate that you have put this type of Unfair Trade Practices on this platform. Please file complaint in consumer forum. I can help you out for drafting of complaint. We should form a NGO to deal with such Unfair Trade Practices as I have lost hope from concerned authorities. more

I have observed over pricing than market prevailing rate in Big bazar's retailing shops EASY DAY OR FAIR PRICE SHOP. These shops are of big bazar. Many a time, packed products viz: TUR DAL, the rate is shown as Rs. 80/- a kg, while billing the rate they may ( for example) Rs. 110/-. They claim that the billed rate was the ruling rate on that day at FAIR PRICE OR EASY DAY. On arguments, they bill it at the MRP, less discount as may applicable. In this case, please post your message in social media with all proof. more

It is better to approach Head office ans seek their reply and then file complaint in consumer forum. Enforcement Authorities are not going to take any action. more
