EARLIER IT WAS REFUNDED IN 24 HOURS NOW IT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IN 7 DAYS. THEY ARE UTILIZING BILLIONS OF PUBLIC MONEY. THEY ARE TARGETING TO EARN TO MAKE RAILWAY ONLY FOR RICHER. SAFETY AND SECURITY IS ZERO, CLEANING IS ZERO, RESERVATION FACILITY IS FULL OF BROKERS, REFUND IS NOW HORRIBLE, FOOD SALE IS HORRIBLE AS VENDOR CHARGING TOO HIGH, NO CONTROL OF IRCTC ON FOOD, CLEANING GIVEN TO PRIVATE WHICH IS 2%, REST THEY ARE SAVINGBY PAYING BRIBE. It is correct rly has increased hiddenly the fares ie rly plate form tkt ,rounding oo, slowtrains halting so many stations charging super fast fare , in addition taxes of service taxes more

Go by bailgaddi ,and ask anything from Mamta and Lalu . No one can help you more hence , when you traivel railway in some fasality by less then your private twowhleer, 100Km not more than Rs 30/40. more
