Respected Sir, This is brings to your kind attention towards that the Chain Snaching Culprits are wandering in and around Ramesh Nagar, Sharadapuri, Mansarover Garden at West Delhi Areas. In this connection, Womens & Girls are cannot move freely. When an incident occured on 20.9.2014 at morning 7.00AM, Myself and Two Daughters are going to School -Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyala, Ramesh Nagar from home, there is an incident happened when they turned to the school side near Lal Sai Mandir from main road, when two men are followed them on Motor Cycle and one is going to the Motor Cycle and stand near the Sanatan Mandir, Ramesh Nagar, Road side and one is run towards . The Chain snacher Catch the neck forcily on the pressure I fell down on the ground then the Gold Chain on the neck was taken and run away the culprit also injury on my hand. I was unconcious and then the heard off the crying the childrens near by pedastrains are coming to help but the chain snacher escaped from the spot. A case was registered at Kirtingar Police station on 20.09.2014. But till date they cannot catched the Culprits. who have taken the Gold Chain. At this time there is no Police personal was on duty at the school premises at that time. After rang up phone Number 100 and then the police officials came and case registered. FIR No.636 is already done at Kirti Nagar Police Station, but till date no suitable action is taken so far. Thanking you in anticipation. Yours faithfully Nirmala more
