Black marketing of notes in Mumbai and Bangalore

It has come to notice through a discussion by a few that a large number of new currency is with big business men in Cities of Mumbai and Bangalore and that they are offering exchang of old notes to new at discount of 20-30%..
The roads to Mumbai and Bangalore are full .Toll gates checking is immediately needed.A large volume of black money seem to be moving .
Some bankers in these cities seem to have Cooperated with Big money bags and a whole lot of new has landed in their laps.
The govt is requested to arrange huge sudden swoops on toll gates in the high ways more

Appeal to the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India: 1)Full amount of the amount found is to be confiscated. 2) 500% penalty is to be imposed on the owner/carrier or courier or facilitator of the amount found individually and not collectively. 3)Departmental/Institutional disciplinary proceedings, criminal proceedings should follow separately 4) No clemency on any of the actions should be available with anyone. more

A case of major hording of new notes has been caught in Bangaluru. Well done IT Department. The officials who handled this case must be rewarded for this outstanding success, and culprits must be severely punished by Law at the earliest to set example for others. more
