The impact was NIL. Reason was obvious. No INFLUENTIAL Person was affected. For them everything was "ARRANGED' very Smoothly. Only common citizens had to suffer in different ways including wastage of time, wastage of money and loss of hard-earned money.
If I remember correctly, several reports appeared that old and sick persons suffered Heart Attacks etc. Some committed even Suicides, as per media reports.
From where the idea came and why it was implemented were never made public nor people could understand.
