Our PM discussed about black sheep in Revenue Dept. So what is so great. Who is not a black sheep in Revenue Dept. Can anyone songle out a one. the entire department is full of hard core extortionists and characterless Black Sheep. There is no need for enquiry. Mr. PM , just like 370, send all IRS home in a single stroke. India ewill be a better place to live in and confiscate their entire properties in one go, you do nt have to levy surcharge at all. The minimum corpus of an IRS is 500 crore, The richest community of India, far ahead of even politicians. So no need to search for Black Sheep. they are visible to all but government of the day. more
Glad to know that the PM has raised this issue. I am sure he will take action. I agree that he could have taken action in his previous term. But its better late then never. more
I agree with Mr. Subhash Parakh. This IAS community riding the society is one of the biggest problems British rulers have created for this country and need to be dumped in a dustbin in one stroke. They can be replaced by well educated people of high integrity and sincerity. more
I agree with Bhuvnesh and will like to add that the present initiative to curb the corruption and rout out the inefficient should start giving results and we should also make endevours to help the government in realisng its initiatives and goals not just blame more
Unmindful of how many from IAS/ IRS/ IPS etc... are really corrupt, what is becoming loud & clear are the perceptions of common citizens of India. Agreed that you can't call everyone as corrupt, but you can't ignore these perceptions. Some solution is necessary. more
I do agree with Shri P K Mukherjee, but also belives that 99% Govt. Servant are poor performer ,Out of which more then 90% sitting on top chair just engaged in show business, why not all should narrate their output on daily basis in a log book type document to be reviewed on monthly basis for successful implementation of task allotted to their department specially being executed by them more
