Black to White Conversion Indian Jugaad

The aim of demonetisation to curb black money is being defeated by Indian brains with jugaad methods, some of which are listed below:
1. Convert old 500 & 1000 rupee notes to new 2000 notes with the help of bank employees.
2. Convert old 500 & 1000 rupee notes to new 2000 notes with the help of employees of Agencies hired by banks to fill cash in ATMs. This is causing ATMs to run out of cash.
3. Convert old 500 & 1000 rupee notes to new 2000 notes with the help of RBI employees.
4. Convert old 500 & 1000 rupee notes to new 2000 notes with the help of employees of Printing Press where notes are being printed.
5. There is mad rush at Banks to open new accounts to deposit up to 250000 rupees. Government/RBI needs to ask banks to provide data on new accounts opened between November 8 and December 30, 2016 and amount deposited in such accounts.
6. Convert old 500 & 1000 rupee notes to new 2000 notes with the help of Railway employees.
7. Deposit in Jan Dhan Accounts.
8. Deposit in accounts of employees e.g. Drivers, maid servants etc.
9. Convert old 500 & 1000 rupee notes to new 2000 notes with the help of Hawala Operators.
10. Convert old 500 & 1000 rupee notes to new 2000 notes with the help of Jewellers & Builders.
With restrictions on withdrawal of new currency notes from ATM and bank branches it is surprising how certain persons have managed to get hold of crores of new 2000 notes. Some of these people are caught by Authorities but rest have got away. It appears that intelligent Indians are always one step ahead and devise various Jugaads to beat the system. more

MOHIT JI, Well complied. Yes, the purpose is defeated to some extent. The move is good, the intentions are good but the scarcity has created a negative environment. But my personal view is that this is not the focus of all. We can bear this demonetization.-govt's intentions and moves may be good (at least apparently) but the real focus is, all said and done ........... WHAT IS THE BOTTOM LINE??? Rising prices and Taxes, Rising petrol prices, lowering of FD rates so that Sr. Citizens join the BPL line, rising vegetable prices and what not ? On the whole living has become costlier. If at all, the govt. claims they are doing for the good, where is the good. What are the achievements that have helped the common man ?Some results should have started coming after 2 yrs and 2 months. WhatsApp used to be flooded with praises for Modi ji, now they are flooded with anti Modi comments. The rich have become richer with Jugaads. Shame Shame. more
Like politicians all citizens should be allowed to deposit their hard earned money without any tax or scrutiny more
Last opportunity to every HONEST CITIZEN of the country who reluctantly forced by the erstwhile regimes to go the Other Way to confess and get cleansed of the earlier Sins and show to the world that we are The Country of HONEST CITIZENS. more
The only reason for the cropped up situation is the non willing of political parties in States for this method of Demonetization that take off all chances of Conversion . This program system give ways to the governments to catch those unaccounted even after the last date of demonetization and is why , Many parties staging with their own and collective strategies not only in Parliament , but also in States moving the High Courts and , Supreme Court just to stop this Remonetization System Opted . Now , it becomes a bitter task with the ATMs upto 31st December to general public and is only because of the Corruptive practices of Businessmen and Black Money Holders . more
