I agree with Umesh. I had the same problem and I could overcome it by putting my legs in a little hot water in which a good dose of rock salt and Phatkari has been added. Take 50 gms of rock salt and 50 gms of phatkari and boil them together in 1 litre of water so they get desolved in the water. Add this to half a bucket of hot water ( hot enough so your leg can withstand it) and then keep your legs in it for 30 mins. Keep the water and boil part of the water and add it back again in the evening. DO it twice a day for a week. You will start feeling relief. You may use the same water for a week and then prepare another set. You will have to continue for a month at least. more

1. Give hot and cold water bath to your both feet for 2-30 minutes. 2. Apply mud pack on your leg for about an hour and keep it in sunlight. Wash with water thereafter. 3. While sleeping keep some soft items like pillows under your feet. 4. During the day keep your leg at some height in a comfortable posture few time. 5. It sitting on chair for long time, keep a stool with cloth under your feet at about 2-3 feet. 6. A tight knitted cloth is available in market to cover your leg tightly from feet till thigh to ensure proper blood circulation. 7. Rub (maalish) your legs with til/coconut/mustard oil ot get it done from others. 8. Walk including brisk walk for 40 minutes per day. 9. Do few exercises where legs are lifted when you are lying on your back. Better learn yoga exercises for this purpose and do. 10. Get your cholesterol checked and take medicines as per advice of your doctor. more
