Bogus review process of amazon
ecommerce sites like amazon have a bogus review process in india. There are some products that are shipped to you and then if they are in damaged conditions you try to return them. When attempting a return the seller doesn't accept it. When you try to review the product on amazon, amazon wont let you post the review because its negative.
can consumer affairs and the local circles please look into this issue and either come up with a regulation or better come up with an unbiased review site. The localcircles rating section needs to be expanded. right now i cannot find amazon. more

#Swamy Swarna You have mentioned having seen and posted negative reviews. Can you please, provide references of some negative reviews published earlier. That will put at rest the view whether they accept negative reviews or not. more

I thinks let us start a local circle on feedback @ amazon, ebay, snapdeal, flipkart. Which is categorized on products . These will be honest reviews and put the e marketers to shame. As a matter of fact in the West, a similar mechanism is present & the e commerce companies take them seriously. And Aside to Mr Swamy , Best of luck to you more

Yes it is right. Similarly, I purchased a Bicycle from Snapdeal. It was delivered. Then I asked than to assemble it and demonstrate. For this they denied. Then I wrote that I do not want this Bicycle in this condition and hence take it back and refund my money. For this they have not even replied. more
