Book Eureka Forbes for profiteering

I am a bit surprised that there are some company consultants also in the circle who dont like complaints being filed. I am sorry but complaints will come.

Here is another one on eureka forbes company a subsidiary of the shapoor ji pallon ji group.

Eureka Forbes vaccum cleaner DX 1150 had a MRP of 9999 on July 25, 2018. Govt reduced rates from 28% to 18% these guys decided to profiteer and not pass benefit to consumer. The MRP is still 9999 today see attached while it needs to be 8999 or lower.

Now their consultants will say costs have gone up for other reason which is nothing but non sense as they have just not bothered to change MRPs. On amazon product is listed by galaxy shoppe. Both eureka forbes and this galaxy shoppe needs to answer why MRP wasnt reduced??? more

All such profiteers should be discriminated, reported to proper authorities (who turn a deaf ear ) and shamed to reduce the price.KUDOS to Garima JI dharmvir kushwaha On Sat, Oct 20, 2018 at 5:57 PM Garima Sharma wrote: > more
Yes, Eureka Forbes also should be booked under for profiteering more
Thanks for acknowledging my comment Garimaji . I got your point .The reduction in GST is made to look as though the dealer is giving a discount though he is forced to reduce . Isn't it ? more
The MRP shown in your attached picture is Rs.8,799.00. Hence your complain automatically becomes null & void. more
Garimaji, kindly check the figures of taxing . Th MRP with 28% is Rs. 9999/. The basic Price of the equipment without tax is Rs. 7,811 / x 28% = 2,187 Add 7811 + 2187 ie. MRP = 9,998.08 Rounded of to 9,999/ After reduction of tax to 18% @ 18% tax on basic price 7811 x 18% = 1,406 . Add 7811 + 1406 ie.MRP = 9216/ This is the calculation that could be arrived at . IF THE SALE PRICE IS ABOVE Rs. 9,216 THEN TRADER CAN BE BOOKED FOR FLOUTING GST NORMS . The sale price quoted is far less than this amount. MRP is quoted rs. Rs. 8,799. This price gives a discount of Rs. 417 . more
Sir MRP is 9999 the one u are referring to is discounted price. This is how most of India is bot relaisong whats being done to them more
