CCPA should send a notice to chairman IRCTC immediately.

This must be investigated. If it is persistent complaint, Ministry of Railways must rectify. more

It may be from IRCTC Nominated contractor. they are not taking any charges as per my best knowledge , neither I paid. more

For a cup of tea of Rs. 20.00 IRCTC is charging rs. 50.00 for the service charges. !! No I don`t want to be served!! Let me go to your pantry and bring the tea by myself only. Or I will go to the canteen and take the tea there itself!! What the IRCTC says about it? Fooling the people has it`s own limitation!! . They are just looters!! The CRB must be booked for this nefarious business. more
