There are some basic areas need to be focused to improve the job sector in India-
1. There are lots of street vendors selling their stuffs without paying any taxes. Some tea vendors sell 100 cups daily@ 6 rs/cup. So idea is involve such vendors into developing the nation. What we can offer is money card available for sell at every shops like we do for mobile SIM cards. People should able to purchase these money cards from everywhere. State govt. should issue punching machine to every vendors in the city and customer can use this money card to any vendors in the city who are registered to the state govt. Customer should pay the bill with money card and this will reduce the cash transaction and with every punch, govt will get some cut in the form of tax. This will also bring transparency, money robbery, extrusion, bribing etc. Appropriate officers will do a random visits as customer and see if vendors are not accepting cash.
2. Young entrepreneur should be encouraged and manufacturing units set up should be streamlined. Manufacturers should able to get license from single window and on fast track. New small scale industries do not aware of rules and current ones are very unfriendly and cumbersome. It should be online and quick.
3. Import and export is very tough in India, especially the customs part. perishable items remained stuck in customs for months and loose the quality.
4. Power and water supply is the biggest hurdle now. Manufacturers need adequate supply of electricity and water.
