Boosting Revenues for State of Delhi - Inputs
Below are few steps to boost state revenue:
1. Stop Power of attorney totally and open registry of land only.
2. Offer to convert power of attorney to land registry on reduced rate. As due to high rate people are avoiding land registry.
3. Offer for all shop keepers to register with Delhi Govt with minimum Rs 500-1000 as registration fee.
4. Apply development tax to unauthorized colonies in absence of property tax it should be as high as Rs 500.
5. Reduce vehicle registration fee to half and start parking fee yearly for four wheeler vehicle. it should be Rs 250-500 yearly.
6. Sell garbage of Delhi to companies demanding garbage. and we can buy electricity from market. more
