BORE WELL DIGGING, BY LAW FOR BUILDING
Don't give permission to all to dig bore-well in an area.
Instead dig 4 or 5 bore by govt. body, make tank and supply and charge for that.
Make strict law to follow building By-law, so get more ground around each building, then no rain water wastage, it will deepens to earth surround. more

Laws are enunciated for bore well digging but who is to ensure implementation,because even if violations are pointed out it is the complainant who is harassed.I know of four bore wells in an area of 100 meters.If that is the situation then how does one ensure a stable water table.Any amount of 'rain water harvesting' will do no good.Systemic failure has to be dealt with in a hurry. more

M.M.SARAWGI - Whenever any Borewell dig must take Govt. approval and pay nominal amount . This amount will be refunded to if he close the Bore well otherwise Govt will close any visit and checking of Officer is must to avoid any delay against accident. more
