For some of the commonly used brands, you can rate them and once rated share on twitter. Automatically, the brand will be tagged for grievance redressal.

With this, via this circle, you can rate a brand, create awareness about your rating with fellow citizens, brand itself and Ministry of Consumer Affairs.

We hope this community rating model will help with faster grievance redressal. more

Brand recognition is a combination of factors, which consists of customers perception of quality of the product, its price to utility value, quality repeatability and is also governed by the Advertisements which are drilled in to the customer, specially the youngsters and teens. However the perception of the brand also makes a difference. Take the case of products being made and sold by PATANJALI. They have built up a large customer base with their products out performing other established brands. This is because the average consumer is getting what he desires - A product which has a consistent quality, affordable cost, a product perceived as being more eco friendly . This has powered the exponential growth of PATANJALI Dipak Himatingka more
Rating is there to have faith in that product and quality, although it adds into SALE also, But If that Quality is not analyses time to time- it deteriorates, in that case COMPANY should be BANNED completely and HEAVY penalty must be imposed on that manufacturer. more
It is all an eye wash the act has been made for the benefit of Manufacturers not the consumers here including the judiciary is fooling the public and most corrupt practices. Even when you write to PM Hon'ble Modiji also nothing is done by the so called famous PM of our country only to his self earning only name and fame not for the public. Public is fed up with the present working of the govt.So no change in the present or the earlier govt. In my opinion the earlier govt. was less corrupt comparing the present one.It should reach the PM.  Dr S.S. The common man goes by the word of praise by friends, neighbours, family members i.e by the mouth canvassing or by the TV Commercials that he sees or the big hoarding on the road side, also advertisements on Radio, news channels etc. He/She does not know the efficiency, trustworthiness, punctuality, Quality Maintenance, Meeting FDA or other Food Requirements. The result is when they receive the material, it is either substandard, delivery reaches very late, there is allergic reaction on taking that product, the total quantity received is short i.e. less than the mentioned quantity in the Bill, no compatibility or the calibration is done against which product used is mentioned. Also whether the product is NABL or NPL or any Foreign Calibration Unit approved is not known. Under these shortfalls or lacunae the Brand that is supplying the material should be banned or the General Public should be informed & awareness should be made for not purchasing from the particular Brand manufacturer. On the positive side if the results obtained are excellent then it should be duly praised & circulated in the Group. Jago Grahak Jago is the call for customers to be vigilant & careful. I strongly recommend this idea of Brand Ratings & Awareness. more
For JAGO GRAHAK JAGO is to keep aware the customer to buy any product with full awareness. Generally selling persons, mode of advertisements, representative of the product may hide certain defects of the products passing through manufacturing processes without proper inspection of lack of inspection. Such products considered to go for sale without doubt to the customer through which customers are getting cheated. It is not the fault of any brand, but it is the fault of selling the goods to the customer instead of reject the same after crossing the manufacturing processes. more
