The constitutional amend ments have been made a a year ago and now the anti India political leaders in J and K pass resolutions and take oaths to.undo the law. Instead of helping in restoration of peace, development and progress they are stirring the already vexed feelings . They have not seen the writing on the wall and make seditious moves and brazen opinions .They are to be put away from.public life as they are not amenable for counselling and negotiations.. more
