Bribery in GST
I am getting reports that magnitude of bribery on gst related matters has gone up.
The excuse given is “sir risk badh gaya hai” you need to pay more.
There are many areas where gst officials lack clarity and therefore they take calls pnly when u pay.

Excise Dept was always wrought with rottens. No doubt any measure of change hardly makes a change in them more

The Bribe is highest when you go for GST Refunds. GST officials think that the refund is Government's Grant or subsidy. Actually it is purely our money. We pay bribe to get our own money. Small campaniles can't fight against system. There has to be more protection for MSMEs more

How many of us have faced this problem of Bribery, specially in GST matters? Further, how many of us have reported the matter to higher ups of the ministry? - I am quite sure none would have done so. more

Certain Deptts are prone for Corruption.Govt is unable to tight the noose.Since we have Chalta hai Attitude. more

Respected all, the most concerned matter under GST , where dealer face bribe thing is "Gst Refund" . If you have a GST Refund than you have two way .....either file RFD and get refund . may be department make audit of your books. second you can adjust with gst payble and get refund if you are exporter. more
