Awesome thing has happened post our noise making. Amitabh Bachchan has terminated his contract with a pan masala brand and has returned the money received for the promotions saying that he wasn’t aware that it falls under surrogate advertising.

Woolala!! Let us hope Shahrukh Ranvir and Ajay Devgan also do the same soon. Keep talking posting and sharing everyone in this issue. more

Pan Masala And Gutka ads ban
Shahrukh Khan and Ajay Devgan in Vimal pan masala ad and Amitabh Bachchan and Ranvir Singh in Kamla Pasand ads are a shame to the nation. Why are we still watching their movies and shows? In a country where these products are banned how can the Govt let these guys do prime time TV and news paper advertising direct or substitute . Where is the ad regulation, I & B ministry, consumer ministry. If papa is having gutka and tobacco of course son and daughter will go a step further and look for more advanced products like vapes and drugs. Arent we digging our own grave as a society? LocalCircles u have done multiple surveys on this. Who were they submitted to? Why have they not acted. Please ask these questions… Or tell me I am just mad and all of this is ok.

Please note that the manufacturers are spending crores of rupees in advertisement with consumer's money, else the cost of that item would have been much less. Newspapers are also printing front page advertisements. more
