Bringing Customer Service Orientation to Government - Inputs Required on Solutions
1. Govt. Jobs and addmission in colleges, school, other professional institutions should be purely on merit basis and not on quota system. Remove quota system from govt. jobs and from education system, automaticaly services to the people from govt. offices increased. If we see our govt. offices 20-25 years back, we found very-2 less corruption becouse there were very less quota system at that time. Secondly, 90% of candidates selected in Govt. Jobs either by paying the money or through quota system. Earlier Govt. had never concentrated on these angles becouse of vote bank politics. As soon as the vote bank politics remove from this country, Our country will run like a hourse and no one can stop it, but a great will power is required, as we have seen in 2014 Lok Sabha Election that people are fedup with our corrupt systems.
2. There is no fear among the Govt. employees regarding their employment. They feel that their job is secure till their retirement. We should also create such tupe of environment for them, as in the private organisations that "you can survive only till you perform" more
