Alka. Thanks for the Health Tips. Most important is: "Indulge in an hour of physical activity everyday. Drink 4 Glasses of Water every morning when you get up. 2 to 3 Litres of Water in a day. And of course Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and Dinner like a Pauper" You will cross 100 Healthy. more
