Broadband connection issues survey

Thanks LC manager for the latest survey on broadband and fiber connection issues. I read on Fortune Magazine below

https://www.fortuneindia.com/macro/more-than-half-of-internet-users-battle-speed-issues-localcircles

My submission is please escalate this to TRAI. The LocalCircles broadband survey has been going on since 2021 but services are not improving. I think the telecom regulator like the food and competition regulator is ineffective. more

I agree.issues are there but regulator is slow to respond.Needs overhauling and more effective more
trai is a dormant organisation and does not work to the interests of the consumers. They introduced the new system of payment as per the channel which resulted in out payment increased from what we were paying Instead of helping the customers they are helping hand in hand with the operators and must be getting some benefit. also i had reported so many times to trai saying in our area in bangalore inside the house we do not get signal not only in our house but in the complete road and people have to come out to take the call .this is the state of affairs with the telecom provider airtel.Jio is still worse and we need to come out to the road to get the signal more
An appropriate issue to be taken up as the service provider like AIRTEL collecting full monthly rental without addressing to the consumer grievances for unstable services and/or frequent disruption in services . Moreover reminder for non overdue bills sometimes is sent in midnight creating irritation to consumers. Recovery of full rental without providing non disruptive services is imprudent and hence should be brought to the attention of controller of services CA SANJAY GULECHHA RAIPUR CHHATTISGARH more
